The AED 500 million sale at COMO Residences set a new benchmark for Dubai's luxury market. Benjelloun & Partners, design architect for the tower, looks at the architecture behind the headline: a 21,949 sq ft residence on Palm Jumeirah where proportion, light and outlook were designed to be impossible to replicate.
