The new Benjelloun & Partners website has been named an Award Winner for Architecture Website - Dubai at the Arabian Property Awards 2026–2027, adding a new distinction to a year already marked by international recognition for the practice and its work.

Benjelloun & Partners has been recognised at the Arabian Property Awards 2026–2027 for its newly launched digital platform, receiving an award in the Architecture Website category for Dubai.

The recognition arrives less than a month after the launch of the new Benjelloun & Partners website, which went live in August 2026 as a complete rethinking of how the practice presents its architecture, ideas and identity online.

For the studio, the award is particularly meaningful because the website was never conceived simply as a digital portfolio. It was designed as an extension of the practice itself: a place where architecture, projects, people, ideas and purpose could exist within one connected experience.

Designing the digital experience of architecture

Architecture is experienced physically, but increasingly, the first encounter with a practice happens digitally.

A prospective client may discover a project on a screen long before visiting the building. A journalist may encounter the thinking behind a project before speaking with its architect. A future collaborator may form an impression of a studio through its digital presence before ever entering its office.

The new Benjelloun & Partners website was developed around that reality.

Rather than creating a conventional project catalogue, the platform brings together the studio's portfolio, architectural perspectives, news, recognition and wider story within a single editorial experience.

Projects remain at its centre, but they are given context. Visitors can move beyond finished imagery to understand the ideas, design decisions and human considerations behind the work.

The visual language follows the same principle. It is deliberately restrained, allowing the architecture to remain the focus while creating a consistent identity across projects of very different scales, locations and typologies.

The result is a website designed not simply to show what Benjelloun & Partners creates, but to communicate how the practice thinks.

Recognition beyond the screen

The Arabian Property Awards recognition comes during a significant year for the practice.

In June, COMO Residences on Palm Jumeirah was named Best High-Rise Project of the Year at the Architecture Leaders Awards 2026, with Benjelloun & Partners recognised as design architect for the tower.

The award followed previous recognition for the practice and its projects, including the 2025 Innovation in Architecture Award for Fairmont Residences Solara Tower and Workplace of the Year for the Benjelloun & Partners studio.

Together, these distinctions tell a broader story.

COMO Residences represents architecture at the scale of the city: a landmark residential tower shaped around its relationship with Palm Jumeirah, the sea, light and views. The new website represents design at an entirely different scale: the digital environment through which that architecture is discovered and understood.

One is a physical experience.

The other communicates that experience to the world.

Both depend on clarity of thought, attention to detail and an understanding that design is ultimately about the person experiencing it.

A new digital chapter for Benjelloun & Partners

The website was launched as part of a wider evolution of Benjelloun & Partners' digital presence.

Its role extends beyond presenting completed work. It provides a growing platform for documenting projects as they evolve, sharing architectural thinking, recording milestones and recognition, and opening a clearer window into the ideas behind the studio.

That means the website recognised by the Arabian Property Awards today is not intended to remain static.

Like the practice itself, it will continue to evolve.

New projects will join the portfolio. New perspectives will be published through Insights. Milestones from across the studio will become part of its record. The work of The B. Foundation will continue to document the practice's wider commitment to architecture and humanity.

Receiving recognition so soon after launch therefore marks not the completion of the platform, but the beginning of its next chapter.
